I found a website that allows you to track the amount of food you eat during the day, and it gives you a percentage breakdown of carbos, fat, and protein. It allows you to put in your daily activity and compare your calorie burn with your intake- as well as giving you the nutrients you're low on. I'm finding it pretty useful and thought I'd share.

It is hard to use every day, because it takes a lot of time to enter everything in. What I usually do is try to use it for a few days in a row to get sort of an idea. It doesn't take much longer than that to know where you need to improve on things.

I like it too, but it is a pain to log everything all the time. It was helpful when I was keeping food logs.
