That's right! We FINALLY (after 6 offers  ) have a contract on a house!!!! w00t!!!!!! 
So, I'm probably going to have to bow out of my competition with Jacked Up and allow her the Queen of Posting throne because I've gotta PACK! 
The only thing I don't like about this particular deal is that I will be moving the week BEFORE my marathon!!! 
I'll be on here from time to time but not like I have been lately...take care, ya'll...see you in 4 weeks!!!

Believe it or not, I have been a RENTER ( ) for 38 years of my life. (Well, okay...the first 20 or so I lived with my mom or was in college!). So, we have been looking for a place for US to live in and now we will be looking for investment properties! I think we already have our eye on one - my grandma's husband passed away about 2 months ago and now she has two houses...one which is paid off for sure! (and, no, they weren't living in two houses...they just got married 5 years ago and he has just kept the second house all this time.)
Anyone need a rental in KY???
