I'm all out of motivation lately. I need something to make me want to hit the streets. The last one I did was some team multisport thing where you got points depending on what you did.
Any thoughts for a new team contest? Maybe we can even get the new management involved....

Or mileage and time. That would be like two contests in one.

Or... each person could set a goal whether it be mileage or distance, etc and the person with their result being the closest percent of their goal wins.
