What she can't understand is that she had only a few drinks last night BUT is over 3 times the legal limit (we stopped her initial field test at .2 . It kept right on going.
WOW.
BTW she was involved in an accident where the other party she hit was hurt. OOPS.

That's incredible that her liver can't eliminate the alcohol like that  . That, or she can't remeber just how much she's had to drink.

Honestly, you've got to insert a few more "allegedlys" in your statements... 
I used to prosecute these idiots. It's terrifying to know what's driving around out there. If you folks only knew what rtpd113 and I know, you'd be terrified.
