Yesterday I tried out my new belt that holds a water bottle (I don't know what they are called). It worked great! Ran 9 miles and was well hydrated. It also has a pocket much like a fanny pack so I was able to carry a phone and some power gel. Anyone looking for hydration solutions this belt is highly recomended.thumbs up

I got it from Road Runner Sports. I got the one made for wimmens. No it didn't bounce much at all! Even after I drank about half the bottle. I think it's a 20 oz. bottle.
