How well do you do in drinking the recommended amount of water.

I suck!!

I should be drinking almost 100 ounces and I can barely drink 50 a day.

I drink at least 100 oz. Most days a gallon. You need a minimum of 64oz.

Probably around 50oz water, 30oz tea, 20oz milk, 10oz orange juice. That's pretty typical.

I drink atleast 1.5 liters a day, more when I am in Mexico. My goal is 2 liters, sometimes I make it, sometimes I don't.

I attended a lecture where the exercise physiologist was going off on water intake and made the comment that we are dummer than dogs if we don't get the recommended level. After the lecture I commented that humans don't get to mark every bush they pass and public piddling is unacceptable. Remember that all these recommendations are based on normative data. Everyone is unique and may not need to "recommended" level.
Check out my article on side aches at www.injuredrunner.com at the lower part of the page. There is some info on water intake and side aches.

You're not supposed to drink the water!!!!

I have gotten better lately, but no where near what it should be. Yesterday I had 36 oz and 32 oz of sugar free lemonade.
