Hello...
I registered a while back and spoke to PH a couple times but have never posted.
I asked a question yesterday on the 'other' site and your helpful Shelflifers answered for me. I hardly ever post but seeing as he was so nice and helpful and Purple Hayes had also been very nice I thought I'd go ahead and post to this site also.
I haven't been running that long. I had a 5K race I was excited about last weekend and have one again on 5/31. My long term goal is to run the Houston half in January. I also started to weight train in February which I really like also.
So that is about it. I'll pop in more often and see what is happening. Goodness knows how I get any work done trying to keep up with message boards.
