All the old ladies at the gym in the morning (which, btw, I think is terrific) who wear make-up and leg-warmers!

Not necessarily! These women are old like oooooold. They're cute, they walk around the track in groups of 3-4 and talk and get their exercise on. And it's like 6:00 a.m.! I think it was one of their husbands who passed me walking the other day.

We have a similar group of ladies at our local Y. They meet under the guise of an arthritis class. I personally think it's just an excuse to get the pool to themselves and gossip for an hour.

I really don't go to the gym much, but when I'm out running early in the am, I see a lot of older gentlemen, dressed to the nines in a casual sort of way (avec un chapeau!), out for their walk. I love it. I hope I'm doing the same when I'm their age.
