PostPosted: 02/22/07 - 15:17    Post subject: Walking Pneumonia
I have just been diagnosed with walking pneumonia and I am coughing constantly. I have been training for and planning to run in a half marathon on March 4. Today is February 22. I am wondering if I should continue running right now or take a few days off in hopes of feeling better. Should I even plan on running the race now?? I really would like to run this race because I've trained for it for 4 months, but I don't want to make myself any more sick than I already am. Does anyone have any advice or has anyone had a similar situation?? Thanks for the help!
