1. Usually we had some message with a code that meant "security get your butt to the front". I think that the "rules" are not updated and covered after training sessions. I remember just having a review and the very next day having a shoplifter using one of the "techniques" very soon afterward. However, I was distracted and by the time the ball got rolling, security got to watch her tramp across the parking lot with new shoes

I don't shop there myself, but I would think the point would be that its another reason not to shoplift there.

No one knows for certain if he was stealing or not. And since they killed him, no one will know his side of the story. The idiots that did this should be arrested for manslaughter, at the least. The day Wal-Mart employees should be acting as police is the day I don't want to live in this country any longer.
