The possibilities are endless. They have such a huge talent pool to select from:
This dude thinks it is a GREAT idea. He has offered to take the test shots for his store. Actually, he's been taking pictures of women in the changing rooms for the last 17 years.

Wow! Dude is disrobing already. I guess he can't wait. He is going to be so upset when he finds out dudes weren't invited.

Walmart is in several college towns, right?
I mean yes, they have lots of elderly employees, but they also have tons of college kids working there part time.

"Wal-Mart employees have a reputation for being cheerful and now Playboy.com is giving them a chance to smile for the camera," a statement from Playboy said. "
whoa, whoa, whoa!
A reputation for being cheerful? At all the Wal-Marts i've been to (and being white trash, i've been to a lot), the employees are the grumpiest bastage you're likely to run across.
A reputation for being cheerful? $#!% That's the best marketing ploy i've heard yet.

Just my first reaction, but I'd expect some clandestine Wal*Marts will begin hiring some "free agents" just to get their location listed and boost binocular sales.
