In this heated election year, who here is sleeping with the enemy? 
I never thought I would see the day, but Mr. Wonderful, the apple of my eye by the way, what is that phrase all about?, the love of my life, is going to cancel out my vote!
Not only that, but he's firmly a member of the opposite camp every year, not just this year. There are pictures of him with notable political figures in our apartment. 
But, it makes things interesting. 
P.S. You can speak in the abstract for this post and still get your point across. We don't need to mention a particular party name for this entire post, mmmmmkay?

I said we were both of the same party but since my husband's citizenship hasn't come through yet he really doesn't have a party. But, we both agree with the political platforms of the same party.

My GF and I are really different...she is a conservative fundie christian whose son is a marine and homeschooled and christian schooled her kids....I am an old ex-hippie who is a liberal democrat, liberal mainline protestant, public school employee.....
