Isn't vegetarian just no meat? I thought taking out eggs and dairy was considered vegan.

Not that I eat a lot of eggs and dairy either...only soy milk.

I thought vegetarians do drink milk and vegans avoid it (and any other animal product).

The transition isn't as hard as some might think, especially when done due to health limitations.

Boy, do I miss a good cheeseburger, though.
