Okay, now the seller contacted me (the highest bidder at the time the auction was shut down) saying she has no clue why eBay shut that auctino down and wanted to see if I still wanted the jeans as she could ship them today. She has 100% positive feedback from selling jeans only. Would you trust her and buy them or be smart and trust eBay and move on?

It seemed as though that shutdown had to do with copyright infringement or something. I can't see how jeans would apply. I would do it, but send her a money order, not a credit card #.

I may learn a valuable lesson from this, but I went for it. talking to her she sounds legit and her other auctions are still up and running.
now, my clothing budget is gone for a while.
