I'm soliciting ideas from the wimmins on what I should get my new girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I'm planning on the traditional flowers delivered to work but would like to get something special. We have been dating for about three months so I don't think we are at the jewelery stage yet. I thought about lingerie...but I have recently been told by a girl from work that women don't actually enjoy getting lingerie as much as men like giving it. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

If she's the literary type a book of poetry.
Chocolate (most women claim they don't want chocolate but deep down really do want it.)
A photo of the two of you in a nice frame.
Gift certificate for massage or pedicure/manicure.

A picnic for two; with a red-checked table cloth, a nice bottle of wine, cheese, crusty bread, and some fruit.

Yeah it's a brave new world! And quite honestly...dating sucks these days HaHa It use to be the guy who didn't want commitment and now the tables have turned.
