My weeks vacation has now started.   
I get to road trip to Atlanta tomorrow, return on Monday and relax the rest of the week! ( I will get running in on Tuesday thru Saturday though.

I had some ideas on my run this morning but by the time I got back to my cube to write them down I had forgotten them.  Back to the drawing board tonight and on the road tomorrow.
