on the bosu are probably one of the best ab killers out there...try 2-3 sets of 10-15 each (centralized and on each side of your butt cheek)...better still try letting go your hands from the bosu when you do it.

i have no problem doing the V sit, but, um that bosu thing looks impossible. it's gotta be about strengthening the stability muscles which is exactly what i need right now. is this "bosu" thing better than the regular exercise balls?

I think it'd be better than the exercise balls in that it can't roll away. I'd give it a shot!
