These guys must hate me. Or they think I'm a perfect candidate for screwing. Something like that. It took me 3 months to get Cox to charge me for the correct amount. I'd call them every time I received an incorrect bill, they'd do some things, and tell me it was fixed. Then the next month I'd receive 2 bills, both wrong. I finally got that straightened out though. Cingular is still on this trip of charging me for text messaging even though it clearly says on the bill that unlimited text messaging is on my plan for 2.99. Then on the next page of the bill, I have $6.60 worth of text messages. I don't get it... why do they pick on me? I know not everyone has this problem. It's ridiculous.

Your not alone. It took Verizon 3-4 months to fix the family plan overcharges. Also had car repair charges duplicated across bills. Luckily I remembered paying it and of course they blamed a computer upgrade I should have given them my card Wink

Verizon screwed me a few years ago 'cause they're fancy-pants system couldn't grasp the concept of a freakin' apartment number.

But I'm not still bitter or anything.

They fixed it... apparently the previous debit hadn't been applied to April, so it was just being carried over. Then once it's correct, I ask if I can pay my bill. The rep says you can pay it here, but there's a 2 dollar charge. Or you can go to the self service kiosk and there's no charge.

WTF! I have to pay 2 bucks to hand you my check?

I rather kiosks anyway... at least they don't look at you like you're stupid.
