Upper body workout?

I have been cycling for quite some time. My legs are well developed and they can produce a lot of power. However, my upper body is not in balance with my legs so I look kind of funny. I would like to develop my upper body to be up to par. Any suggestions for upper body workout?

To develop any part of your body you have to start visiting the gym. Lifting weights is the only way to develop your upper body. You have to pay attention to train all major muscle groups; lats, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms. Don’t expect miracles in two weeks. Give yourself at least six months or a year to start looking differently.
