WOW! It's been a crazy few weeks but here is what is going on...

1. DH has a job (can be either part-time or full-time depending on what he wants to do with it) working as a mortgage consultant. He has ZERO experience on his resume but with his knowledge of buying/selling houses and being a real estate investor he has more knowledge than most in this area. He already has three clients and four waiting "in the wings." He called our relator today and gave him the news and our realtor was so excited. See, our mortgage consultant has since decided to become a realtor so our realtor has nobody he really trusts. The great news about this is that our realtor works with MILLION DOLLAR clients (except us, obviously!). So now the DH can do mortgages, refinancing, equity line of credits, etc in all 50 states!

2. I have become part of a Citigroup organization in which I will be getting a license in life/health insurance as well as securities. On top of that I'll be able to do mortgages with Citigroup (competing with the DH! hehe!).

3. DH has his 4th interview with a Biopharmeceutical firm (his field) doing exactly what he would like to do. But now that he has his hand in the mortage stuff he isn't quite sure if he wants to go back to working for "THE MAN!"

4. DH has a good friend who asked him to come work for him (although, the friend isn't moving very quickly) that would include my DH working somewhat as an operations manager/partner and would also include opening a high-tech, big-time Tae Kwon Do studio (his dream for a long time). That would also include me becoming basically an office manager of the TKD studio as well as an instructor (post baby).

So, I'm glad we didn't worry about him losing the job because now the offers seem to be all around us and it is bascially just a matter of picking one (or more) things to do. DH says he wants to "diversify" his jobs so he is never stuck without an income again!

Very Happy
