you know, you could just take the phone call and tell her at the outset that you're not on the other end to take any sort of verbal abuse from her at all. tell her when she starts, she gets the dial tone.

PM Joe, and I think MW's idea of talking to your lawyer is good. He can tell your ex's attorney that you are being harrassed by the family.
