Chargers had their first mini-camp of the year last weekend.
I've been reading all the reports from the camp on the net.
Very exciting stuff. Only 3 months to go until the season starts...
anyone else excited by your team's chances in the upcoming season.
Chargers are a playoff team this year, I reckon.

The Browns have a battle at qb and they now have a running game with William Green. They hopefully shored up their offensive line in the draft and with the receiving corps they've got I expect some offensive fireworks. They're gonna need some offense though - defense is going to be a bit shaky. Fully expect a playoff run though.

I agree, the Brownies will be a tough out for anyone.
The Chargers made some key acquisitions in the off-season. David Boston at WR, Lorenzo Neal at FB. They drafted 4 defensive backs. I'm thinking they could make a real push this year, Brees will be in his second year in charge...things are definately looking up.
Yo, Wisconsonites, what's the word on the Pack?
And Posse members? Philly and Pitt, what's the word in PA?

Mike Vick finally has someone to throw to in Peerless Price.
I think the Falcons will see the playoffs this year.

I'm not sold on Price as a #1. Everyone seems to forget that Moulds was being double-teamed most of the year last year, allowing Price to flourish. He doesn't have crap on the other side of him this year. Vick will most likely still be running alot.
As for the Pack, I get a bit scared every year. The receivers should be better, especially since Glenn is gone. The defense will be their weakness. Akili Smith is just a blip in the radar. Nall should be #2, but it still looks like Peterson right now.

I'd just like to add my disgust the the Bengals are listed as having better odds at getting to the super bowl than the Texans!? I mean, I know both teams have no chance in hell but please, give us a little mercy...we may have lost to them but really, we're not that bad...

He doesn't have crap on the other side of him this year. Vick will most likely still be running alot. Agreed, but Price is a far cry better than Brian Finneran. I still like our chances with Vick running around.
