Nope, that was the Colts...oh, wait, they're in Indianapolis... |
The Dolts moved to Indianapolis... the Clowns went to Baltimore under the dark of night and became the Ravens.... | Okay, now I get it. The orange helmet is suppose to remind us of a clown nose...
 |
But, clown noses are usually red. Do they refer to Alabama Crimson Tide?

Your talking about the Browns right? |
HEY!!!! No Browns bashing!!!!
I don't think there's a battle at QB either, Couch will start. They just rattled his cage is all, and got all the pro Holcomb camp to quit their whinning. I swear, last year the Browns fans were such huge babies I was actually glad to be in Dallas. (where arrests have gone down considerably)
I'll be interested to see if Warren plays any better now that he's decided to quit being such a HO. Glad to see Green getting better, and wonder what will happen with Northcutt this year.
Go Browns!!!
(I'm also going to enjoy Dallas, just for the sheer enjoyment of watching Parcells yell all the time)

Sign me up for the Favre wagon again. That's the show to watch! |
Poor Brett...he should have retired last year. Now he has that class act, Akilli Smith being brought in as his back-up. Ask the Bungles fans (my poor husband is one of them), he can poison any locker room.

I'm not sure if I ever admitted this here before or not but I'm sleep deprived, I'm kind of in the mood for self-induced ridicule so here goes: I own a Tim Couch Browns jersey.

Yeah Warren has to get his fat ass into shape this year. Be nice if Brown could stay off IR for a season also. I look for Northcutt to have a big year since his contract is up after this season - he'll be looking for the big payday. I think Couch will be a better QB than Holcumb but you sure can't argue with Holcumbs success. It's a nice dilemma to have at that position.

I own 2! Loved him at Kentucky, his brother was the QB at my alma matter, and I love him as a Brown.
I agree with Robp though...we have 2 good qb's. If Holcomb plays, I'm not worried or disappointed.
Hope you all will forgive me for loving this thread. Amazingly enough, I don't find Browns fans here in TX. (plenty of dreaded Steeler fans for some reason)

I loved him at KY too he and I are the same age so we were there at the same time. well, for clarity, I loved that he gave UK a football team for 2ish years...as for him personally? not so much, he was rather swollen headed, esp because every girl on campus was drooling over him, and he's not exactly the brightest star in the sky.... anyway, my dad had a meeting in Cleveland and the client took my dad to a browns game so he, knowing my connections to him, etc thought it would be funny to get something that said Tim Couch....and what better than a big XL brown #2 Browns jersey??? I thought it was hysterical. I pull it out sometimes for fun. or I wear it as a dress...
I don't dislike the Browns, but now that we have the Texans its them all the way. I'm just glad you're not a cowgirls fan.

And this from someone who likes the Browns.
Be honest now, you like the Browns because of the similarity in color to the Sparkplugs

I would probably bet on the Bucs as the favs.
And the Eagles as second in the NFC.
In the AFC, it's a different picture. Very wide open.
New England did some nice things in the off season.
The Jets came on strong last year with a young team.
The Dolphins added Junior Seau.
The Raiders are old, but very talented still.
The Chargers have alot of young talent.
The Chiefs offense is incredible.
The Steelers and Titans just "brutalize" teams.
The Bills are a up and coming team too.

Grow up in Ohio and it's either the Browns or....the worst team in the NFL... Besides, Brown is one of the colors I look good in!
When we lived in Fl. we got to go to a few Bucs games and really enjoyed them.

I'm not sold on Price as a #1. Everyone seems to forget that Moulds was being double-teamed most of the year last year, allowing Price to flourish. |
Either way, Price and Moulds saved our FFL seasons, no?
