checking out the local news station's website and there are 30 school closings or delays already listed tonight for tomorrow morning. my school isn't one of them Sad yeah, let's just wait until morning.

My kids are praying hard for at least a delay...the wind chill is -35, but it's final exam time for the high school, plus they have tomorrow off, so it looks doubtful...I am driving them to school though, so they don't have to wait for the bus.

Schools closed here. Was supposed to get "flurries" yesterday. It snowed all day.

I was listening but didn't hear our school called off. Minus 2 temp and wind chill in -15 to -20 range. Many schools in the area called off.

Wow, that sucks for the kids Steve. They have this test coming up and they are home watching the Flintstones not bucking up on the readin' and writin'.

Oh well. Cant fault the kids for that.

Way down south. They've closed some of the schools in Metro ATL because of a few flurries. I haven't even seen a flake yet.

always fubby to see news footage of a southern snow storm. crazed people plundering grocery stores, barely able to walk to their cars, and driving all over the road. all the while, it's still possible to see grass because there isn't enough snow to cover it. northerners get great pleasure from that sort of thing: "Send 'em up here. we'll toughen 'em up!"
