I left in tears. |
Damn. I think a complaint to management is in order (and maybe a letter on planetfeedback.com, if they have the hospital listed) |
It won't do any good--it's a military hospital. |
I am familiar with military medicine & dentistry... too bad there is nothing you can do, but you are right. They just don't seem to care too much. You want we should go and get riffraff on her arse? |
I'd love to, but she is a civil servant (who wasn't very civil) and they just don't care because they are untouchable.
Ah well.
Shall we get riffraff on your dentist's chickie's arse? Now that would feel good!!!

I left in tears. | As a civil servant with an axe to grind on other civil servants, the only thing that seems to get results in a Federal agency is a letter from your Congressman or Senator informing the supervisor of said civil servant's behavior toward one of his/her constituents. A lot of stuff where I work moves through the cogs of the machinery quite slowly. But a Congressional Inquiry (as they're referred to here) is a head-slap that will get some attention, and something done (I hope for your sake).

I would really hate to touch off a Congressional Inquiry because someone was rude. She could have had a bad day, and I am better prepared for next time. (It just shocked me really)
I'll wait until they amputate the wrong leg or something....

I hate it when it looks like someone cut and pasted my bank statement okay, not really, but I am only imagining what must be going through our clients minds...
