Great job!!!
Nice report. Port-a-potties suck. Especially when they don't show up for your race.

great job PH....you "do" know that sideache was from that first 6:00 rather than taking it at 6:10 Wink hee-hee.....I would have never "held" off the potty break either......there lots of things that need watering....unless of course it was the other one.... Shocked ....blame it on that coffee.

I was wondering if the side stitch was from going out too fast. It sure didn't feel like a 6 min mile. I felt like I could have really cranked it up but was holding back.

I would have just watered something, but the race started/ended at a public school and I didn't want to get arrested for exposing myself at a public school. Embarassed

Good job PH!!! No need to be modest when nature calls. I think most of us have pretty much seen it all. Last year I was running in a 10K and had about a mile left. I was behind this lady and,........well ,.........she just couldn't hold it anymore Shocked When you gotta go, you gotta go. Definately had to watch my steps for a little bit there.

So you HAVE raced with sue before Wink

Great job, PH....maybe a little less coffee in the AM? I find more than one cup and my bladder just goes haywire. To echo what everyone else said, you know you can definitely go sub-19 further into the season!!! Plus, ya still gots da hardware! What did you get?
