Short:
320/395 28 F Rexford NY 2:13:17 10:10
Longer:
It wasn't a greatly organized race but nice enough. The course was nice, mostly bike paths. The people were great. At around 10 miles I started to poop out. The 70 year old guy next to me said, "Anyone can run a 5K". LOL. That kept me going!!

I think that sometimes we lose the fun aspect of running, especially when it is a competition. It's nice to see you haven't lost that. Thanks for the reminder!

good going, it's a whole other thing to do it to support a good cause and to just go run it. sometimes the motivation is much harder i think. great job Mickey.
