6 miles - nice and warm out, still running in shorts. It's supposed to start snowing tomorrow, though.

Good run for me. I was at a business meeting at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling WV. The meeting ended at 1pm, it was a balmy 70 degrees, there were walking trails all over the place, and I brought my running gear!
6 miles up and down hills, 1 hour 8 minutes. Ran by a herd of 12 deer, about 20 feet away. A 4 point buck and a button buck in the same herd. Most of them looked up and stared as I went by, but I didn't want to scare them & have them stampede right toward me. Then I had to run by them again, and me and the 4 point buck traded stares--I wasn't going to take my eyes off him and have an antler in my rump!

12 miles at 5:15 this morning. It felt pretty good. It was about 60 degrees but humid so that made the run a little tough. I think my time was about 1:40 and change.
