30 Minute Row. I covered 7237 meters for an average of 2:04.4 per 500 Meters. I followed this up with about 20 minutes of ab and back work.

First run since Brookings. Nothing big and long - just wanted to make sure there were no problems.
There were no problems. 2.317 miles, :20:57.16 (9:02.58 ).
