5 slow, easy miles. I'm nursing a bum knee after I tripped walking to my car after the gym yesterday (Yes, you can all call me Grace )

Nice!!
3 miles outside, and in broad daylight. For the first time in over a year. People could SEE me.
Given the mostly uphill-ness of my route, and the fact that even when I WAS running, I NEVER did hills, this was a good run!

6 miles at lunch today. 51:30 for an 8:35 pace. I think my body is ready to start tapering next week.

45 minute gym rat routine. Core, upper body, ignoring the lower. I'm not doing any leg stuff for a few weeks. I need to tweak my weight training schedule, I think I'm trying to do too much on same days.
