Fat Tuesday....eat up all those bad yummys sitting around the house!
1 mile run, 11min
1 mile walk, 15 min
my foot hurts, in the ball on the underside...not a bunion thing...I don't think! It's swollen and tender to the touch, but not red/inflamed. Any suggestions?

7 miles - faster than I planned - it was colder than I thought out there and I didn't have enough layers on
Tomorrow I leave for a short vacation to parts warmer with a 4 mile race on Sunday. It starts at 7:00 AM, and since it's a St. Paddy's day race, there will be green beer at the finish. Hmmm, green beer at 7:30 AM....

I really put the pressure on myself with 100 mile goal again this month. I needed 6.7 miles today to reach that goal and after the stomach bug I had sunday night n monday I had my doubts I'd come through but prolly die trying.
6.8 miles in 1:07:00. This was tough.

Hey! Nice job, on both the 100 mile mark and the tough run!

Congrats JU on the 100 miles!
Just over 2.5 miles this morning in between storms - 50+ mph winds last night, more on the way...

5 miles - 58:37. This felt...um...good, actually. I 'overachieved' by about 4 minutes. I really am trying to slow down (stop laughing, I can hear you) most of my runs, but I felt reasonably good tonight.
