7.06 miles in 56:01 a 7:56 pace.
I am starting to rethink my training. I have made some pretty surpring gains after running every third day, I used to run every other day, and have felt very guilty about not doing that now. Looking at my log, I have made some pretty serious improvements in my pace after running 15 to 20 miles a week. That is less than half of my old training.
Maybe it is too soon to tell, but if I keep improving as I have been, maybe less is more.

4 miles on the dreadmill...32.48 negative splits (ave 8.12).
Had to get a quick one in to to pick up the little noley's for basketball practice. It felt good to run tonight. Very, very good.
I hope my legs will take me the distance I want to go and I can't wait to get outside soon.
That's it for me tonight, that's all I've got in me...
BTW. keep working at it monk. less being more? not sure, but your pace looks great!!!
