I would have preferred to do this in the morning, but I overslept by about 4 hours. Pretty good run overall. I had plenty of energy left over and had a spring in my step walking around after I finsihed... like the legs want to keep going.

Cycling: 2.050 miles in :11:11.00.
Have narrowed down the next 'thon to either Toledo or Nashville.

felt really tired and sore...I was actually surprised I ran faster than 8:30 a mile.
