Walked 1 mile, ran 1 mile, walked 1/2 mile - 32 min
why, I ask, do YOU run?
I'm still trying to figure out why I'm even trying to.

I asked myself that very question as I grumbled my way out the door yesterday afternoon. I got nuthin'. I do feel much better when I get back from a run, though, so I guess that makes it worth it!
Keep with it, if only to post in this lovely forum. You really are doing great!
