Rest today because of (1) recovery from a sore left foot after running in wornout shoes (2) limited amount of time due to lab report and a hair cut I'm having this afternoon. I should be ready to run again tomorrow this time in new Asics gel 1080 shoes.

3.6 miles - My first try at speedwork in the evening failed pretty miserably. Nothing like trying to run hard after pigging out all day.
