This is called the Running Forums correct?
I finally get to report some running! My Tuesday evening workout - 90 minutes of weight training on arms, chest, abs, and back followed by 18 minutes of walking/light jogging on treadmill! (3 minutes walk/3 minutes very light jogging/repeat).
First running (if you call it that) for moi since 11/9/03! Very slow, but it was nice to get back out there again.

I haven't taken two days off this close together in months where I've done nothing. This is not the time.
