Did the planet shift of course? Because I got up early and hit the weights before cycling to work. Don't think I've managed to get up early once this year to workout.

Got up at 5:00 am to go running but that was quickly kaboshed when my 2 year old woke up just as I was walking out the door. Oh well guess I will have to get it in tonight!

40 Minute trainer ride.
Anyone have a good website for someone who needs to learn how to swim effectively?

65 degrees this afternoon. All the snow and ice melted off the track!
4 miles in 36.46.
There were also other people on the track--*boys* who probaly kept an eye on me in case my gasping for air led to a heart attack.

A hot humid evening run on the levee. 74 degrees at dusk. The mosquitos are getting bad already... I may have to limit levee running to cool (below 60) days only now.
