Just managed to get a run between storms this morning.
Way too fast though: 39 min. instead of the 42 I was aiming.

1/2 hour on the weights, then went to the park and ran a caveman 2 miles. I'm glad I didn't run yesterday, the calf muscle is still tight and sore from where the dog bit me. I did get the tetanus shot and antibiotics, all seems to be well.
This, of course, is the same limb with the hurt foot that healed. I believe I need to be wrapped in bubble wrap until my marathon.

4 good miles 27:34
7:16
6:58
6:53
6:28
Average pace 6:53
Ah I love night running. The runs are just so much better. I've been struggling lately just to break 30 minutes, but this run felt much easier than the last few 4 milers.
