That's right, folks! I, the sleepiest sleep-in-er that ever slept, got my butt out of bed at 5AM to run. SANS IPOD. Turns out that that's too much technology for me to handle this early. I must say that the whole experience didn't suck nearly as much as I thought it would!

2 miles - first running workout since December. As long as the feet are up to it, hopefully I'll be able to start rebuilding.
New kicks - scored a pair of Asics Gel-Evolutions for 60 bucks Sunday night!
