Another warm and muggy day in BR. 71 degrees, 80% humidity. Another good easy run though; I felt like I could have run all day. Was initially planning on 6, but decided to keep going in case I needed to slack off later in the week. Thinking about a 5k on Saturday and I don't want to lose weekly mileage in case I don't feel like running another 8 miles after the race.

Still having shin problems. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to start back up. Along the Charles, also (billflu, if you see some guy wincing every time he takes a step, it's me, and means my shins still hurt).
Today I got my kettlebell from Everything Track and Field. So I did about half an hour of that.
BTW, they have the best prices out there, nearly half of most places ($50 for mine opposed to $90 most places), and they won't kill you on shipping (it was $7.50 as opposed to $25 most places).
