7 slow, icy miles but nice to be outside.
300 crunches I'd definitely lose count
Feel better JUJR, sounds like you need some EmergenC - I swear by the stuff when I'm coming down with something.

1 mile this morning after Tae-Bo workout
4 miles at a steady 2.5% incline at lunch (doin' everything I can to get ready for the drastic increase in altitude at the beginning of the month).

My mom got me hooked on the stuff many years ago.

7.6 miles in about 1:06 this morning. Halfway through my run my back started to bother me. Not sure where that came from. I hope it feels better tomorrow.

4 miles! In a row! Without stopping! 47:06.
Winter is back in upstate NY - it's flipping cold. In other news, I got my new shoes. I have gone back to my first love - Mizunos. Trying the Wave Inspires out, and I like them quite a bit so far. No shin pain at any time, and my calves didn't do that thing they've been doing.

Hang tough, JUJR! You can get something positive out of every workout - for instance 5 1/2 miles (+) in 22 minutes on the bike is very good. Focus on that.
Tonight, 4.208 miles in :38:12.09 (9:04.70). Muscle pulle pretty much gone when I started. Didn't affect me during the run, and I don't feel anything hurting now. Tomorrow morning will tell the final cahpter, but all things looking good.
