4 miles out of 5. Silly me put the treadmill looking away from a window in the basement. I haven't got around to putting any covering on said window so the sun was a) cooking me and b) shining on the treadmills read-out so's I couldn't read it.

4 miles: 40 minutes to start
1 mile: 7.18
Splits
Lap 1 1.55
Lap 2 1.52
Lap 3 1.49
Lap 4 1.40
Just trying to gauge what I can put out in a one mile run. I was happy with this and how it had just followed a 4 mile run.
