6 miles, 45:26. Broke in some new shoes today. Asics GT2090's. Sure is nice to have some cushioning back.
Crunches and leg lifts after my run.

22.96 miles on the bike 1:41:42
Average rate 13.55 mph.
Was riding with a friend who just started riding again. I couldn't get her to stop pedaling for a a few seconds, coasting for a few seconds. She apparently wasn't in the mood for exertion either... she wouldn't go faster than a leisurely pace.... so I did the proper thing and took her over every single hill and overpass. 5 miles to her apartment, ~13 miles riding with her, and 5 miles back to my house.

10 miles easy, 1:17:20 at lunchbreak. Right achilles acted up again about 1 hour into the run, probably from the hills yesterday.

2.3 miles. i "found out" that my feet like trail shoes better than the nice cushy road shoes the running store guy suggested (even on the road). guess thats why it was just a suggestion.
