I'd pull the boat out of the garage, make sure the gas tanks are full, unstrap it from the trailer (trying to drive a boat still attached to the trailer would be a real effort) and pack a cooler of beer. Oh yeah, and make sure the camera had film in it.....

I don't think it really was an earthquake. More likely, it was a temper tantrum epicentered at Neverland when Michael Jackson couldn't get anyone to come to bed with him.
