Lap dancing, contary to recent vile reports, is a traditional activity with a proud and joyous history.
It involves dancing with a miniature fox terrier on the lap while supporting it by the paws or under its armpits, jiggling one's feet
(while seated in a firm chair) and singing, with merry gusto the following song:-
Take a foxie on your lap
Give your feet a little tap
Rock a - bout with a yap, yap, yap.
Do the foxie lap dance.
2nd. verse
Sway the pochie to and fro
Foxie lady heel and toe
Wag your tail and around we go
Do the foxie lap dance
