Like Joe, I have a fan right in front of me, a TV and vcr right in my face (and I just velcroed the remote on to the railing)...I also position the treadmill next to a window so I can watch all the damn squirrels eat the bird food...

At my gym there are two rows of treadmills. I find if I use one on the back grow directly behind a tall, attractive athletic looking chick on the front row, I don't mind the treadmill at all and my workout just flies by! Mr. Green

The one behind the stair master can be nice too. Wink

So, Paul and cop...but a treadmill at home and put a Roseanne poster in front of it for that same 'gym effect'...
