Well, it depends on how hard and how long your sessions are. You have to make sure to avoid over training. It is the most common pitfall for many dedicated athletes. You cannot expect the daylight before dawn. No matter how hard you are training, your body has its own clock and it will not go any faster than that. It takes time to rest, recuperate, and build new muscle fibers etc. You cannot push more than your body can handle. If you are making gains and improving constantly on such regime than it means that, your body is handling it well and you can proceed with it. However, as soon as you start feeling tired, exhausted, irritated or unable to fall asleep you should stop and give yourself more time to rest.
