well. no need to PM. i think this is a great topic.
first of all, relax, take a step back and do some different activities.
run for fun. do some running that is different, like running between some Geo-cacheing GPS points. maybe join a Hash group, something that still incorparates your main sport but not so focussed on training, helps keep the burnout symptoms away. do something just different for a few months
for training purposes i beleive in the periodization method.
so some weight training, cross training for a couple of months
aerobic base building, maybe with some plyometrics
normal training, of LSD, Tempo and then the speedwork.
maybe study up on some aspects, theory, nutrition, new equipment. review last years numbers (assuming you have them)
