Most of us run for ourselves, but this Friday 24 September 2004, if possible I would like everyone to dedicate their daily training, to rtpd113's daughter (and my niece Abby). Many of you know the uphill struggle that Abby has had since birth. I will start the daily thread, and we can all post our mileage, and a nice message to Abby.
Then rtpd can print out the thread, and let Abby know that we are all thinking of her.

It will be my honor to put in some extra mileage for the Abster! I have 22 on my schedule for Saturday and I would normally take Friday off but anything for the sweet little Abby!

I have been riding quite a bit and not running. But Friday I get up and pound out some miles for Abby, and be honored to do so.
