With all of our freeways and interchanges, some interesting names have evolved, like

The Orange Crush
The El Toro Y
The Four Level

We've also got the South Bay Curve, the Sepulveda Pass, and Kellogg Hill.

What's yours?

In Chicagoland (not a subsidiary of the Disney Corporation), we have LSD, the Hillside Strangler, the Mag(nificent) Mile, and - always my favorite - Wacker Drive (both Upper and Lower!)

I had my first Philly accident (not my fault) on the Sure Kill.

A lot of natives don't know that 676 is the Vine Expressway, or that 1 in the northeast is The Boulevard.

In Indpls there's the Spaghetti Bowl and soon to be the Letterman Loop. Down here there's the Malfunction Junction. And how true that is

That's what people were calling it when I went to visit last year, so unofficially, yeah, he got his way.

Every freeway here has a number and at least two other names that for the most part indicate what part of that freeway you are talking about, but not really. Only people who have lived here for at least 6 months can start to comprehend traffic reports. My favorite is the 610 loop. Its really a square so the west side is called west loop, etc. Which makes sense. But it can get confusing when you hear traffic reports like "there is a backup on west loop north at the southwest freeway" (which is really common).
